Shelly Mandeville

Shelly is a principle consultant and co-founder of ISCI as well as two other business entities operating in Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Shelly is competent in research methodology, corporate finance, and operational oversight to find appropriate management solutions for our clients. Shelly has decades of experience in various capacities including working in senior management positions predominantly in the Indigenous business and governance sector. Shelly’s consulting activities focus on building capacity within the Indigenous communities and marketplaces.

Her work and service stretch beyond the economic and governance arena’s; since 2008 Shelly’s Indigenous Awareness training workshop has grown in popularity and has been delivered to various audiences, including elected officials and employees of municipalities.  

Shelly is the recipient of numerous academic and business awards including most recently the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Businesses (CCAB) Indigenous Women in Leadership Award (IWiL) which is demonstrative of her leadership and commitment to Indigenous business.
